Fruity Breakfast Burrito


INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 (10 inch) flour or whole-wheat tortillas

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (Choose low fat dairy to reduce the fat)

  • 2 cup canned pineapple tidbits

  • 1 cup granola

  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 cup strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Slice bananas lengthwise. Remove tops of strawberries and chop into smaller pieces.

  2. Heat up tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds.

  3. Spread each tortilla with ½ cup of greek yogurt.

  4. Add ½ cup of pineapple, 1 banana slice, ¼ cup of strawberries, ¼ tbsp of brown sugar, and ¼ cup granola to each tortilla evenly.

  5. Fold top and bottom of tortilla in and roll up the sides of the tortilla to make a tight burrito. Enjoy!
