Fruity Breakfast Burrito
INGREDIENTS:
4 (10 inch) flour or whole-wheat tortillas
2 cups Greek yogurt (Choose low fat dairy to reduce the fat)
2 cup canned pineapple tidbits
1 cup granola
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 bananas
1 cup strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
Slice bananas lengthwise. Remove tops of strawberries and chop into smaller pieces.
Heat up tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds.
Spread each tortilla with ½ cup of greek yogurt.
Add ½ cup of pineapple, 1 banana slice, ¼ cup of strawberries, ¼ tbsp of brown sugar, and ¼ cup granola to each tortilla evenly.
Fold top and bottom of tortilla in and roll up the sides of the tortilla to make a tight burrito. Enjoy!
