Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of rolled oats
4 Tbsp brown sugar
4 small apples
4 cups milk or 4 cups water
2 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut up apples into small bite sized pieces
Heat milk (or water) in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in oats. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes.
Add apple, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir for 2 more minutes.
Remove from heat, cover, and let rest for 2 minutes.
