Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups of rolled oats

  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 4 small apples

  • 4 cups milk or 4 cups water

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut up apples into small bite sized pieces

  2. Heat milk (or water) in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in oats. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Add apple, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir for 2 more minutes.

  4. Remove from heat, cover, and let rest for 2 minutes.
